Pfizer is a mid-cap pharma entity that in its board meet held on May 20, 2022 announced and recommended a dividend. In the exchange filing the company said, "The Board of Directors have at its Meeting held today, i.e., May 20, 2022, recommended a dividend of Rs. 35/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each {350%) for the financial year ended
March 31, 2022. The said dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be paid on or before September 23, 2022".

So, the dividend payment date shall be on or before September 23, 2022.

As per the filing, the company's total revenue took a hit both sequentially as well as YoY and was reported at Rs. 566.78 crore. Net profit though increased year-on-year from Rs. 100.55 crore in the same period last year to last at Rs. 125.79 crore. In the December quarter, net profit was at Rs. 143.91 crore.
