On Thursday, the company informed exchange in an exchange filing that, "We 1" MARCH 2024 have examined all Share Transfer Deeds, Memorandum of Transfers, Registers, Records and other relevant files and documents of Apollo Micro Systems Limited (CIN L72200TG1997PLC026556) maintained with Bigshare Services Private Limited (RTA) pertaining to transfer/transmission of equity shares, issue of duplicate Share Sub-division, Consolidation, renewal, exchange or endorsement Certificate, calls/allotment monies of the Company for the period from 01 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 for the purpose of issuing a Certificate as per Regulation 40(9) of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, and based on the information provided by the Company and its Share Transfer Agent."

Recently, the company has informed exchanges that it has entered into a Term Loan Agreement with the State Bank of India (SBI), the country's largest public sector bank, for implementation of the upcoming project, Integrated Plant for Ingenious Defence Systems (IPiDS) at Hardware Park, Hyderabad.
