Blue Cloud Softech Solutions completes SOCEYE deployment
In an exchange filing dated 8 July, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said the deployment of SOCEYE, earlier known as Blura Saga, had been completed. The platform is now live and fully operational, while personnel have been trained to use the system. The company said it would continue to provide post-deployment support under the engagement.
The rollout completes the purchase order disclosed on 31 March 2026. That order followed verification of the company's proprietary ownership of the platform. According to the company, the verification established SOCEYE as an indigenously developed intellectual property owned by Blue Cloud Softech Solutions.
SOCEYE has been designed for large urban policing environments, including a city the size of Hyderabad. The platform allows police teams to track publicly available social media conversations across multiple languages in real time. The company said this can help authorities detect misinformation early, route citizen complaints to the right officers and preserve digital evidence in a format suitable for judicial review.
"An order announced is a promise; an order delivered is a reputation. SOCEYE, a platform we conceived, engineered and own in India, is now live inside one of India's largest metropolitan police forces, within the committed timeline," said Sri Tejesh Kumar Kodali, Group Chairman, Blue Cloud Group.
Why the AI platform matters for policing
The deployment comes at a time when police forces are increasingly using digital monitoring tools to manage public communication, crisis response and misinformation. In large cities, social media posts can quickly shape public perception during emergencies, crimes, protests or civic disruptions. Platforms such as SOCEYE are intended to help authorities respond faster with verified information.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said SOCEYE has become operational across several law enforcement units in Telangana. These include command centres and anti-narcotics divisions. The implementation included a structured handover, training for personnel and continuous-learning configuration, according to the company's filing.
The company has described SOCEYE as a scalable and productised AI platform for metropolitan police forces in India. Its stated functions include analysing publicly available social media content under lawful police authority, maintaining audit trails and using role-based access controls. These features are important because digital surveillance tools face scrutiny over privacy, accountability and evidentiary standards.
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions said the platform is designed to comply with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For public agencies, such compliance is critical because the use of AI in policing can raise questions about data handling, citizen rights and oversight. The company has positioned SOCEYE as a tool for transparent communication and quicker grievance response.
