The company's net profit increased by 490.6% on a year-on-year basis to Rs 241.13 lakh for the first quarter of FY27, against Rs 40.83 lakh in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Its revenue from operations increased to 273.7% annually to Rs 730.25 lakh, against Rs 195.43 lakh in Q1FY27.
The company's revenue from operations stood at Rs 730.25 lakh during the quarter under review against Rs 195 lakh in the corresponding quarter. The company's profit before tax stood at Rs 241.13 lakh.
Magnus Steel and Infra Rights Issue Meeting
The company recently postponed its key committee meeting linked to its proposed rights issues. Now, the meeting will be held only after the company received in-principle approval from the stock exchange. The Rights Issue Committee meeting was earlier supposed to be held on July 21, 2026. It will now take place on the next working day.

Magnus Steel and Infra stock closed 4.98% higher at Rs 52.04 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 17.59 crore. It rallied to 52-week high mark of Rs 223.4 per share on BSE on May 14, 2026 and dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 5.14 per share on July 28, 2025.
