As per the filing with the exchange, the company has declared interim dividend of Rs. 6 per equity share of face value of Rs. 1 each (600%) for the Fy2022-23.

Also alongside, the company has fixed the record date for the purpose of interim dividend for the Fy 2022-23 as August 19, 2022 for determining the names of shareholders who shall be eligible to receive interim dividend of the company.

Q1Fy23 performance

The company in its Q1 performance reported a decline in total income from operations to Rs. 323.32 crore as against Rs. 361.46 crore in the March ended quarter. Total income from operation during the same period a year ago was at Rs. 226.97 crore. Net profit at the company also saw a decline both sequentially as well as on a YoY basis to Rs. 17.6 crore. In June 2021, the company's net profit was Rs. 28.55 crore.

After the company's dismal performance its shares slipped to 52-week low in July end but have gathered some pace now and in the last 1-week have run up by over 20%. Last in trade on August 4, the company's scrip ended at Rs. 766.05 per share.
