The Directorate of Government Examinations (TNDGE) has officially declared the Tamil Nadu Class 12 Result 2026 today, May 8, at 9:30 AM. Candidates who appeared for the TN HSC examinations can now check their scorecards online through the official result portals.
This year, Tamil Nadu recorded an overall pass percentage of 95.20%, slightly higher than last year's 95.03%.

Girls outperform boys again in TN 12th Result 2026

Girls once again outperformed boys in the Tamil Nadu Class 12 Result 2026. The pass percentage among girls was recorded at 97%, while boys recorded a pass percentage of 93.19%.

Erode district emerged as the top-performing district in the state with an impressive 98.97% pass rate. The strong performance across districts reflects Tamil Nadu's continued dominance in board examination results.

The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Government Examinations announced the Class 12 results officially at 9:30 AM today. More than 8 lakh students had appeared for the TN 12th public examinations conducted between March and April 2026.

Students can now access their provisional marksheets online using their registration number and date of birth.
