Toll Collection To Resume On April 20

As the new guidelines on lockdown 2.0 will come into effect from April 20, toll collection at national highways will also resume.

In a letter sent on Friday, the ministry asked NHAI to initiate measures for toll operations to resume.

"It has further been highlighted that user fee collection contributes to the government exchequer and also provides financial strength to NHAI in terms of budgetary support," said the letter.
