Zomato

According to exchange statistics cited by news agency Reuters, SoftBank Vision Growth Fund offloaded a 1.17% stake in Zomato on August 30 for a total of 947 crore via open market transaction. The venture capital firm, which is a subsidiary of Japan's SoftBank Group, sold 100 million Zomato Shares in bulk for 94.7 rupees each. Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, Axis MF, Franklin Tempelton MF, Kotak Mahindra MF, Societe Generale, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, Nomura Singapore, Goldman Sachs and Ghisallo Master Fund LP are among the companies that purchased Zomato shares, according to NSE data.

Zen Technologies

Zen Technologies Limited has received an order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India valued at Rs 72.29 crores. Mr. Ashok Atluri - Chairman and Managing Director, said: "This is one more step towards implementing the Framework on Simulators that the Government released in September 2021. We expect such continuing implementation to lead to better training outcomes, cost savings and sustainability of the environment."

Rail Vikas Nigam

Rail Vikas Nigam on Wednesday emerged as lowest bidder for six elevated metro station viz. Pili Nadi to Lekha Nagar in Reach-2A, One Elevated and one at-Grade station viz. Ecopark and Metro City in Reach-IA respectively. The company said in a stock exchange filing that "At-Grade Section Formation earthwork, boundary wall and retaining wall between Ch. 19550 to Ch. 20421.016 & Ch. 20498.516 to Ch. 21296.917, Elevated Metro track supporting structure for Eco Park Metro station between Ch. 20421.016 to Ch. 20498.516 and Multi-Storied Building at Tulsi School Land (at Sitabuldi) of NMRP Phase-2." The cost of project is Rs. 256,19,87,814/-

Ajanta Pharma

The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has given final authorization to Ajanta Pharma Limited to commercialise Topiramate Extended-Release Capsules, 25 mg, 50 mg, 100 mg, and 200 mg. Out of the 50 final ANDA approvals that Ajanta has received, 41 have been commercialised. 22 ANDAs are pending US FDA clearance, while Ajanta additionally has two tentative approvals.

BHEL

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) received an order from NTPC Limited on Wednesday. The order has been secured for setting up the 2x800 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Project Stage-II at Lara in Chhattisgarh through International Competitive Bidding. The date of completion of orders has been fixed as Unit-1 (48 months) and Unit-2 (52 months).

NTPC

The Board of Directors of the company on Wednesday has accorded investment approval for Lara Super Thermal Power Project, Stage-II (2x800 MW) at an appraised current estimated cost of Rs. 15,529.99 crore.

Indian Bank

Indian Bank and Finkurve Financial Services have entered into an agreement for offering gold loan. "This partnership shall bring in several advantages to the Company, such as accessing the bank's lower cost of funds, leveraging their established customer base, benefiting from their regulatory framework and many more which shall boost the growth of the Company's gold loan portfolio," said Finkurve Financial Services in a stock exchange filing.

Titagarh Rail Systems

The company on Wednesday has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited for Ahmedabad Metro Rail Phase-II project. The order value is approximately INR 350 Crore.

Spandana Sphoorty Financial

In open market transactions on Wednesday, four entities Valiant Mauritius Partners FDI, Valiant India Opportunities, Valiant Mauritius Partners, and Valiant Mauritius Partners Offshore sold shares of the NBFC company Spandana Sphoorty Financial for Rs 268 crore. They sold a total of 35 lakh shares of Spandana in four tranches, according to the bulk deal data that is readily available from the BSE.
