Roshni Nadar, who was born in 1982, grew up in Delhi and carries a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg. She is now the new chairman of HCL Tech and is recognized as India's richest woman with a net Rs 36,800 crore. Her father and pioneer of HCL Tech, Shiv Nadar, will continue as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director.

2. Roshni Nadar, who was born in 1982, grew up in Delhi and carries a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg.

3. She is the only daughter of her parent's Kiran Nadar and Shiv Nadar (founder of HCL).

4. As a news producer in the UK, she started her career. "Media really excited me. As an undergraduate, I did internships with CNBC and CNN and my first job was at Sky News in London," "she stated" throughout an interview with Forbes.

5. Roshni Nadar at the age of just 27, was endorsed to HCL 's Executive Director and CEO within one year of joining the firm in 2009.

9. Currently she got married to Shikhar Malhotra who is also HCL's executive director and board member. He also operates as HCL Healthcare 's vice chairman and CEO.
