BollyCoin-backed by bollywood actor Salman Khan has announced plans to unveil its NFT range with Salman Khan starrer movie Dabang. The platform plans to take its NFT range live on December 30. For those of you still unknown to this asset class, NFT also called non-fungible tokens are exclusive tokens that are assigned to an item of your choice. This can be like an Id number that is assigned to your bank account by your bank. NFTs also are a proof that digital assets are not a copy and indeed original.

The platform also maintains its own crypto that is listed on decentralised exchanges including Uniswap and Quickswap.

"We're excited and curious to see the response to the Dabangg NFT collection. It was one of the most requested films from our community, so we hope to do it justice," said Kyle Lopes, co-Founder of BollyCoin.

BollyCoin marked its entry in October this year with plans of a marketplace that will be providing a range of NFTs produced from Bollywood. Nonetheless, it did not come up with the name of the movies it would be producing NFTs with.

Meanwhile, of the top 20 assets list as compiled by Coindesk.com, there is seen mixed action on the crypto prices, with Bitcoin up over 2%, Ethereum up over 9% and Tether on the other hand down by more than 8 percent but soon in a matter of few seconds it erased all its losses. Polygon (MATIC) tops as the outlier in the list gaining over 14%.
