Tracxn Technologies IPO Opens Today: Details You Must Know To Invest

Tracxn Technologies is a market intelligence data provider that is open for public trading (IPO) today. Flipkart co-founders Binny Bansal and Sachin Bansal are two prominent investors of Tracxn. The IPO offer opened for subscription on October 10 and it will be open till October 12. With a face value of Rs. 1 each, the price band of the IPO has been fixed at Rs. 75 - 80 per equity share.

The company is expected to raise Rs. 310 crore through an offer for sale (OFS) of 38,672,208 equity shares. Post the IPO issue, the promoter shareholding will fall 15.28% which will come down to 35.65% from the current 50.93% stake held by them Tracxn Technologies. Of the total IPO offer, 75% of the net offer has been reserved for qualified institutional buyers, 15% for non-institutional investors, and the rest of the 10% for retail investors.

Tracxn Technologies - IPO Lot Size

A minimum lot size of 185 shares and in multiples thereof has been fixed for Tracxn Technologies IPO. The minimum investment for a retail investor will be Rs. 14,800 at the upper end of the price band for 185 shares. On the other hand, for retail investors up to 13 lots, or 2,405 shares for an amount of Rs. 1,92,400, will be available.

Till October 7, last week, the company successfully raised Rs. 139.22 crore via anchor book before today's IPO offer. The anchor investors have already subscribed for 1.74 crore equity shares for Rs. 80 a piece.
