Twitter Plunged Into Global Outage, Millions Of Users Receive Error Message
Twitter experienced a global outage today, leaving millions of users in a state of frustration and confusion.
Many users have complained that when they attempt to see or submit a tweet, they receive the error message "cannot retrieve tweets". Additionally, when refreshing the 'For You' tab, users receive the notice "rate limit exceeded".

Around 4,000 users have reported problems with Twitter's functionality, according to Down Detector, a platform that monitors service interruptions online. As of now, the corporation has not issued a statement regarding the disruptions.
Twitter has once again faced a global outage, marking the third time this year that users have been left unable to access the popular social media platform. In March 2023, Twitter experienced system glitches that resulted in sudden link failures, causing frustration among users. Prior to that, in February, countless global users encountered difficulties performing basic functions on their accounts, such as tweeting, following others, and sending direct messages.
