Uno Minda Q4 FY26 results: PAT rises 22% to INR 326 crore, revenue grows 18%
Auto components maker Uno Minda reported Q4 FY26 results with profit after tax rising 22% year on year to INR 326 crore, while consolidated revenue increased 18% to INR 5,336 crore. EBITDA grew 14% to INR 603 crore. For FY26, PAT rose 24% to INR 1,166 crore on higher volumes and value-added features.
Auto components maker Uno Minda said profit after tax rose 22 per cent year-on-year to Rs 326 crore in the January-March quarter. The firm had posted Rs 266 crore in the quarter ended March 2025. Consolidated revenue for the same quarter reached Rs 5,336 crore. This was up 18 per cent from Rs 4,528 crore in Q4FY25.

The company also reported EBITDA of Rs 603 crore for the March quarter of 2026. This compared with Rs 527 crore a year earlier. The year-on-year rise was 14 per cent, Uno Minda said. The company linked the quarterly rise to higher volumes. It also cited more value-added features across products.
Uno Minda FY26 revenue and PAT details
For the year ended March 31, 2026, PAT stood at Rs 1,166 crore. The figure was for PAT UML share excluding prior period income and exceptional item. It compared with Rs 943 crore in FY25. Uno Minda said this marked 24 per cent year-on-year growth for the period.
Normalised consolidated revenue for FY26 stood at Rs 19,589 crore, Uno Minda said. This excluded prior period income. The comparable figure was Rs 16,775 crore in the financial year ended March 2025. The company said FY26 growth was supported by core and newer products. It added that product mix also helped.
"We have closed FY26 with a robust 17 per cent top-line growth, reaching a normalised revenue milestone of Rs 19,589 crore, accompanied by an impressive 24 per cent expansion in normalised PAT. Despite these near-term cost and supply chain pressures, our diversified portfolio and rigid operational disciplines allowed us to protect our core profitability,\" said Sunil Bohra, CFO, Uno Minda Group.
Uno Minda business wins and market conditions
Bohra said long-term growth visibility stayed linked to major business wins. These included sizeable orders in lighting, seating, infotainment and sunroof verticals. \"By focusing on advanced technologies and expanding our market share across core product lines, we continue to drive operational efficiencies and deliver sustainable, profitable growth across both domestic and international markets,\" Bohra added.
\"Our performance in FY26 is a definitive validation of Uno Mindas scale, agility, and strategic foresight. We are operating in a highly constructive environment where both PV and 2W have set new peaks in annual production,\" said Ravi Mehra, Managing Director, Uno Minda Group. The company did not give separate volume numbers. It tied the demand setting to wider production trends.
Uno Minda dividend for FY26
The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.75 per share. This equals 87.5 per cent of face value, the company said. Uno Minda added that the final payout would be combined with an interim dividend. Total dividend for FY26 would then be Rs 2.65 per share. The amount would total Rs 153 crore.
