As intimated on 11th December 2023, the record date to determine entitlement of eligibility of shareholders for Bonus Shares shall be Friday, 22nd December, 2023," said Alphalogic Techsys in a stock exchange filing.

Its net profit increased by 147.37% from Rs. 0.52 crore in Q2FY23 to Rs. 1.30 crore in Q2FY24. EBITDA increased by 203.53% to Rs. 2.58 crore from Rs. 0.85 crore in the same period last year.
