In contrast, the company's Share Transfer Books and Register of Members will be closed from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Tuesday, September 30, 2025 (inclusive), in order to facilitate the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the payment of the company's final dividend of FY25.

The record date for determining a member's eligibility to receive the final dividend of Rs 0.05 per share for FY25, if authorized at the upcoming AGM, will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025.

With effect from September 4, 2025, Servotech Renewable Power System Limited has relocated its registered office from Delhi to Haryana. The new address is Revenue Estate, Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana, 131029; Khata No. 1970, Khewat No. 1672, Khasra No. 21/20/2/2. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs authorized this modification, and the company's Corporate Identification Number (CIN) has been changed to L31200HR2004PLC136025.
