NTPC Dividend

The company announced a 27% dividend for the financial year 2025-26. "Board of Directors in its aforesaid meeting decided, inter alia, to pay the first interim dividend at the rate of 27.5% (Rs. 2.75 per share) on the face value of paid-up equity shares of Rs. IO/- each for the financial year 2025-26." The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be 25 November 2025.

Power Grid Dividend

The PSU's board of directors, on Monday, approved an interim dividend of 45% for its eligible shareholders. The company had announced a dividend of Rs 4.5 per share with the face value of Rs 10 each. "Payment of 1st (first) Interim Dividend of Rs. 4.50/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each (@ 45% of the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2025-26," stated Power Grid in the BSE filing released on Monday.

HPCL Dividend

Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd (HPCL) has announced an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for the fiscal year 2025-26. This dividend represents 50% of the face value, which is Rs 10 per share. The declaration came on Wednesday, October 29, following the company's release of its second-quarter earnings for FY26.

BPCL Dividend

BPCL's board has sanctioned an interim dividend of Rs 7.5 per equity share for the fiscal year 2025-26. Shareholders eligible for this dividend will receive their payments by November 29, 2025. The company has designated November 7, 2025, as the record date to determine eligibility for this payout.

Garden Reach Shipbuilders Dividend

The board of the company has sanctioned an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per equity share, each valued at Rs 10. This decision results in a total payout of Rs 65.87 crore for the fiscal year 2026. Shareholders eligible to receive this dividend will be determined based on records as of November 11, 2025.
