Investor Allocation Breakdown Acme Solar's IPO allotment has been strategically divided to cater to different investor segments, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) are reserved 75% of the total IPO, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) are capped at 15%, and Retail Investors are allotted a maximum of 10% of the offer. Additionally, an employee portion worth Rs 10 crore in equity shares has been reserved.
Allotment and Listing Timeline Following the close of the IPO
Basis of Allotment is anticipated to be finalized by Monday, November 11.
Refunds will be processed and shares credited to successful applicants' demat accounts by Tuesday, November 12.
Listing Date on the BSE and NSE is projected for Wednesday, November 13.
