Upcoming IPOs: India's primary market is set to remain buzzing with multiple initial public offerings in the coming week. The IPO market will see the Bharat Coking Coal IPO listing, whereas another mainboard IPO, Amagi Media Labs IPO, will open for subscription in the coming week, ie 12 January to 16 January.
Apart from the mainboard IPOs, several SME IPOs are also scheduled to open for subscription in the coming week, while others will conclude their offer period and proceed to listing on the stock exchanges during the same week.

Amagi Media Labs IPO
Amagi Media Labs IPO is a book build issue of Rs 1,788.62 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issues of 2.26 crore shares aggregating to Rs 816 crores and an offer for sale of 2.69 crore shares, equivalent to Rs 972 crores. The IPO will open for subscription on Tuesday, January 13, and will conclude on January 16. The IPO will be finalised on January 19.
The company has fixed an IPO price band atRs 343 to Rs 361 per share. The lot size for an application is 41, hence the minimum amount of investment required by a retail is Rs 14801.
Indo SMC IPO
The MSME IPO is a book build issue of Rs 91.95 crore and is an entirely a frsh issue of 0.62 crore shares of Rs 91.95 crore. The IPO will open for subscription on January 13 and will close on January 16. The allotment for INDO SMC IPO is likely to be finalised on January 19. The IPO will be listed on BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as January 21, 2026.
GRE Renew Enertech IPO
GRE Renew Enertech SME IPO is an entirely fresh issue of 0.38 crore shares of Rs 39.56 crore. The IPO is a book build issue of Rs 39.56 crores. The IPO will open for subscription on Tuesday,January 13 and will conclude on January 16. The IPO allotment will be finalised on January 19 and the listing is likely to be on January 21.
Avana Electrosystems Limited IPO
Avana Electrosystems is an SME IPO including a combination of fresh issue of 0.52 crore shares and Rs 30.54 crores, and an offer for sale of 0.08 crore shares aggregating to Rs 4.68 crores. The IPO is a book build issue of Rs 35.22 crores.
Upcoming IPO Listings
Bharat Coking Coal IPO
Bharat Coking Coal IPO opened for subscription on Friday, and saw bumper subscription on the first day itself. The IPO subscription will close on Tuesday, January 13. The week will also see Bharat Coking Coal IPO on NSE and BSE. Bharat Coking Coal was subscribed around 8.18 times on day 1. The IPO GMP today stood at Rs 10.4 indicating an IPO listing at Rs 33.4 per share, ie with 45% listing gain, according to investorgain.com
Apart from Bharat Coking Coal IPO, Defrail Technologies IPO,Gabion Technologies IPO, Yajur Fibres, Victory Electricals IPO will be listed next week.
