UPSC Result 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on Tuesday officially declared the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) Final Result 2024. Candidates who successfully cleared the initial stages of the UPSC CSE examination and were waiting for the merit list can check their final results.
UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 final results were declared on the official website at upsc.gov.in. The UPSC Result 2024 document mentioning toppers list has also been released today. The result document list will mention the names of the candidates who have been selected for appointment.

UPSC Result 2024 Announced: Who is The Topper For This Year?
Shakti Dubey secured first position in the UPSC Civil Services Examination. After Shakti Dubey, Harshita Goyal stood at second position, followed by Dongre Archit Parag at the third position.
The results were officially declared by the Press Information Bureau and include a list of 1009 candidates recommended for appointments to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Police Service (IPS), and Central Services, Group 'A' and Group 'B'.
UPSC Result 2024 Announced: How To Check Result?
UPSC aspirants who appeared for the UPSC CSE 2024 examination can check their score by following the below mentioned steps:
-Go to the official website of the UPSC, ie upsc.gov.in
-Check the Home page, and then click on the link (live now) UPSC CSE Results.
-After clicking on the link, you will be redirected to the new page. Mention your details and other login credentials.
-Press enter, and check your results. Download the card for future reference.
After the UPSC 2024 CSE Final result announcement, selected candidates are required to complete their document process and wait for confirmation. Once after receiving the confirmation, selected will be required to report directly at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA) for IAS officers, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVPNPA) for IPS, and other specialised academies for respective services. At these institutes, they will have to undergo rigorous training and excel. Lakhs of aspirants across India appear for UPSC CSE examinations.
The UPSC examination is considered as one of the toughest examinations in the world. It is conducted in three stages, first one includes MCQ questions and is known as the preliminary stage. Second stage of UPSC CSE is UPSC Mains, which includes questions requiring descriptive answers. The written exam includes nine papers, seven of them are evaluated for ranking and two other are evaluation for qualifying for next level.
Third and final stage of UPSC CSE is the personality test , which is an interview. The merit list for UPSC CSE is prepared on the basis of the evaluation of the allround performance of the candidates. UPSC CSE final result is prepared based on the candidates' performance across all stages.
