Rushmore with the Greatest President,\" Gor said in the post on X. Sergio Gor also attended other celebrations with Donald Trump.

Earlier in the week, Sergio Gor met Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent in New York. Sergio Gor shared an image with the Statue of Liberty behind them. Sergio Gor also joined Vice President J D Vance and US Attorney for the District of Columbia Jeanine Pirro. The dinner took place at the White House.

Sergio Gor attends Pax Silica Summit with India focus

Sergio Gor attended the second Pax Silica Summit hosted by US Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs Jacob Helberg. Sergio Gor meets Congressmen on India and South Asia

Sergio Gor also met Congressmen Brian Mast and Bill Huizenga and discussed India-linked issues. Sergio Gor said the meeting included focus on India and South Asia. \"Great catching up with Chairman Brian Mast of the House Foreign Relations Committee. Had an excellent meeting focused on India and South Asia alongside Congressman Bill Huizenga. Both are true patriots,\" Gor said on X.

Before becoming Ambassador to India in January, Sergio Gor led the White House Presidential Personnel Office. The office handled key appointments in the Trump administration. Sergio Gor’s earlier role placed Sergio Gor close to staffing decisions. The background was later referenced at a leadership event on India-US ties.

Sergio Gor remarks highlighted at India-US Strategic Partnership Forum

At the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum Leadership Summit, Sergio Gor was introduced by political strategist Al Mason. Mason added that Sergio Gor conveyed three points to Prime Minister Modi. Mason said Donald Trump respects India’s rise and admires Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. Mason said Donald Trump wants stronger India-US ties.

Mason credited Sergio Gor with helping bring back momentum in the India-US relationship after the appointment. Sergio Gor’s recent week included meetings across the US government and Congress. Sergio Gor also joined anniversary events with Donald Trump and attended the Pax Silica Summit. The posts and appearances outlined a busy start to the ambassador’s engagement.
