The US-Israel war with Iran has entered its seventh week, creating mayhem across the globe. On Tuesday, US President Donald Trump's deadline is ending for Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. However, Iran woke up to Tuesday morning with fresh attacks from Israeli forces, who have hit its largest petrochemical facility.

The global market is under pressure following the grave impact the ongoing Middle East conflict could bring in the long run. Inflationary pressures have already started to take effect. Meanwhile, crude oil prices have skyrocketed to cross above the 115 per barrel mark, keeping global uncertainties in the loop.
