Vaibhav Global Declares 2nd Interim Dividend Of Rs 1.50/Share, Stock Surged 5.22%

Vaibhav Global's net profit dropped 45.64 per cent to Rs 22.93 crore in the quarter that ended in September 2022 from Rs 42.18 crore in the quarter that just ended. Sales rose 1.81% to Rs 646.26 crore in the quarter ended September 2022 as against Rs 634.79 crore during the previous quarter ended September 2021.

The Vaibhav Global Limited Board of Directors declared the 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share for the fiscal year 2022-2023 at its meeting held on Thursday, October 27, 2022. Further, the Board has also fixed the record date for the said dividend as Saturday, November 5, 2022. The dividend must be paid to equity shareholders of the company within 30 days of the declaration date.

According to the Board of Directors of the Vaibhav Global Limited regulatory filing, "Declared 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.50/- per Equity Share (on the face value of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share) for the financial year 2022-23. The Record Date for determining the entitlement of the shareholders for the payment of aforesaid interim dividend shall be Saturday, 5th November, 2022 and aforesaid dividend shall be paid/dispatched to the equity shareholders of the Company within 30 days from the date of declaration."
