Varanium Cloud Boasts Employing 125+ People With 55% Mix of Female Employees

An earlier agreement was made in January 2023 between Varanium Cloud Limited, an Indian digital technology company, and SecUR Credentials Ltd. to offer substantial compute BPO operations in non-urban areas by utilising its multi-use, phy-gital compute infrastructure developed under the Edmission & Hydra brands. With 125+ young people from the surrounding regions employed, the Hydra vertical, a first-of-its-kind BPO & KPO enterprise located in Sawantwadi, Sindhudrug, is pleased to have 55% of its workforce composed of female employees.

Data entry, accounting, background checks, debt collection, and other services are provided to an expanding clientele that includes SecUR Credentials, Striker FS, and others. Again, a first of this magnitude, Varanium Cloud has established a flourishing corporate culture in the Sindhudurg region by utilising a combination of its multi-use physical infrastructure and its edtech/skills development vertical. It has also substantially boosted its clients' margins.

Ms Megha Suryawanshi, an employee of Varanium Cloud said "When I finished my BCom, I was contemplating about pursuing my MCom as I knew, like many others, I would need to move to Goa, Pune or Mumbai for job opportunities.
