Vedanta Aluminium Share Price Today: Shares of Vedanta Aluminium continued to surge for the second consecutive day after the announcement of the first-quarter results for the financial year 2026-27. Vedanta's subsidiary reported a 33.8% year-on-year surge in net consolidated profit for the financial year 2026-27.

Vedanta Aluminium share price was trading 0.56% higher at Rs 458.9 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 179408.6 crore at 12 pm on Friday. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 464.75 per share and a low of Rs 454.25 per share.

Vedanta Aluminium Q1 Result Review

Vedanta Aluminium reported robust earnings in Q1FY27, driven by backward integration, rising contribution from VAP, and a robust domestic demand outlook. These factors provided strong visibility on earnings growth and cash flow generation over the medium term, stated Motilal Oswal in its report, released on Friday.

"We forecast its consolidated revenue/EBITDA/PAT to grow at ~11%/18%/23% CAGR over FY26-28, aided by volume growth, margin expansion, and increasing downstream contribution," stated the brokerage in its report.

Vedanta Aluminium Share Price Recommendation

Motilal Oswal maintained a 'Buy' rating for the stock with a target price of Rs 540 per share. "The stock trades at 5.3x EV/EBITDA on FY28. We retain our estimates for FY28 and reiterate our BUY rating on the stock with a TP of INR540," stated the brokerage in its report.

Emkay Global maintained a 'Buy' rating for the stock with a target price of Rs 550 per share. "We value the company at 6.0x FY28E EV/EBITDA, maintaining our TP of Rs550, supported by improving earnings visibility, cost leadership, and favorable Al demand fundamentals."

Vedanta Aluminium Q1 Result Recap

Vedanta Aluminium's net consolidated profit for the quarter jumped by 33.8% on a year-on-year basis to Rs 5,629 crore from Rs 4,207 crore reported in the year-ago period. Vedanta Aluminium's revenue from the quarter jumped to Rs 21,393 crore, which is 12% higher from the revenue generated in Q1FY26.

The company's earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at Rs 10,299 crore, which is 23.2% higher from the previous quarter figures of Rs 8,352 crore.
