Vishal Nirmiti IPO Subscription Status

As of 2:34 PM on October 5, the Rs. 178 crore public issue was subscribed 1.55 times overall. The retail category was subscribed 1.5 times and the NII and the QIB category was bid 1.7 times & 1.8 times respectively. The subscription figures are subject to change until the issue closes at the end of the bidding period.

Vishal Nirmiti IPO Price Band, Lot Size

Vishal Nirmiti has fixed the IPO price band at Rs. 208 to Rs. 220 per share. The lot size is 68 shares, meaning a retail investor applying at the upper price band would need a minimum investment of Rs. 14,960. The IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of 65.91 lakh shares worth Rs. 145 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 15 lakh shares worth Rs. 33 crore.
The total issue size is Rs. 178 crore.

Vishal Nirmiti IPO Allotment and Listing Date

The Vishal Nirmiti IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on October 6, while the shares are tentatively scheduled to be listed on both the NSE and BSE on October 8, 2026.
