The company will host an earnings conference call on November 11, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. IST, during which the senior management team will discuss the quarterly performance and address investor queries.

Vodafone Idea Q2 Preview FY 2026: Net Loss Likely to Narrow 5%, Revenue to Rise 1.7%
Analysts expect Vodafone Idea to post another quarterly loss, though slightly narrower compared to the previous year. According to estimates by JM Financial, the company is likely to report a net loss of Rs 6,823.5 crore for the quarter ended September 2025. This compares with a net loss of Rs 7,175.9 crore in the year-ago period and Rs 6,608.1 crore in the preceding quarter ended June 2025.
On the revenue front, Vodafone Idea is expected to post modest growth. JM Financial projects Q2FY26 revenue at Rs 11,115 crore, marking a 1.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase from Rs 10,932.2 crore and a 0.8% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) rise from Rs 11,022.5 crore in the June quarter.
Vodafone Idea Q2 Earnings Preview: ARPU May Rise 7% YoY
The telecom operator's key performance metric, Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), is estimated to rise to Rs 167 in Q2FY26; up 7% YoY and 1.2% QoQ. The improvement is attributed to a better subscriber mix and an additional billing day in the quarter, although it could be partially offset by a net subscriber loss of around 0.5 million.
Vodafone Idea's reported EBITDA is also projected to improve 1.1% QoQ to Rs 4,660.9 crore, supported by stable operational performance and cost control measures. However, the company's heavy debt load continues to weigh on its balance sheet, with Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) dues still standing at Rs 83,400 crore.
Vodafone Idea Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, Vodafone Idea has kept its trading window closed since October 1, 2025, to prevent insider trading ahead of the results announcement. The trading restriction will remain in force until 48 hours after the company publicly releases its Q2FY26 results, effectively extending the closure until November 12.
Vodafone Idea Share Price Performance
Vodafone Idea's share price has witnessed a recovery in recent months. The stock has gained 4% in the past month, rallied 42% in the last three months, and jumped 38% over six months. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the stock is up 20%. However, over the past two years, it has declined 31%, while showing an 11% rise over a five-year period.
