VRL Logistics Q1 Results: Net Profit Down 31.2% To Rs 34 Crore, Shares Decline

VRL Logistics shares witnessed a decline of more than 2% intraday after the company declared its net profit down 31.2% at Rs 34 crore for the first quarter ended June 30, 2023 as against Rs 49.4 crore announced in the same period of last fiscal, according to its BSE filing. VRL Logistics Q1 Results: The company announced its revenue at Rs 674.2 crore in quarter under consideration, up 9.8% as against Rs 614.3 crore in same quarter of previous fiscal. The company declared its EBITDA, calculated as Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization, at Rs 102 crore, up 11.8% as compared to Rs 91.2 crore in the year ago period.

Meanwhile, the company declared its margins at 15.1% as against 14.8% announced in preceding fiscal.
