DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025: People willing to buy a house in Delhi at an affordable rate can register themselves for the Delhi Development Authority (DDA)'s Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025. DDA's affordable housing scheme for 2025 is offering 7,500 residential units in several locations of the city, like Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur.
DDA flats under the scheme are available at a 15-20% discounted rate across various categories, including economically weaker sections (EWS), low-income group (LIG), middle-income group (MIG) and high-income group (HIG) flats.

Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 Scheme
DDA's Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 scheme is an affordable housing scheme where people can register online and book their flats on first come, first-served basis. DDA will disburse 7,500 flats under the scheme at Narela, Siraspur and Loknayakpuram in different tranches.
DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 Launch Date, Other Details
The scheme was launched on 20 May 2025. Registration for the scheme began on 20 May 2025. Booking of DDA flats under the scheme began at 12 noon on 27 May, 2025. The scheme will close on 27 August. Hence, people can still register online for the scheme and apply to book for flats.
DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 Booking Amount
The booking amount for flats under EWS category is Rs 50,000, whereas the amount is Rs 1 lakh for LIG category, Rs 4 lakh for MIG category, Rs 10 lakh for HIG category.

DDA Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025: How To Apply?
-Visit the official website, https://eservices.dda.org.in. Here generate login details using PAN and other required information.
-Sign in and formally register for the scheme by contributing a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500. The registration window is scheduled to open on the 20th of May, 2025. It's important to note that those who have previously registered under the FCFS policy are not required to do so again.
-For individuals looking to apply for a flat, the DDA has made the application process straightforward and accessible online. Navigate to https://eservices.dda.org.in. Here applicants can select their preferred flat based on availability through the 'First Come First Serve' policy. This approach allows for a fair and transparent allocation of flats to potential homeowners.
-Prospective buyers can find comprehensive details regarding the size, location, pricing, and layout plans of these flats on the official DDA website.
- After the beginning of house booking, people can select a flat online, and they are given a 15-minute window to complete the booking process by paying the specified amount via online banking, debit, or credit card. Applicants must ensure they have sufficient funds available and that their bank cards or internet banking can handle the transaction within this brief window. This is because, during these 15 minutes, the chosen flat will be reserved and unavailable for selection by others.
-Upon successful deposit of the booking amount within the allotted 15-minute timeframe and confirmation from the bank, the flat will be officially reserved for the applicant. A Demand-cum-allotment letter is generally issued within 24 hours.
