Yatharth Hospital Has Files Draft Papers With SEBI For IPO

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd has filed preliminary papers with the market regulator, the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI), to raise Rs 610 million through an IPO. An offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 6.55 million shares by present shareholders and promoters will also include in the IPO.

In the Delhi-NCR region, the company operates and administers private hospitals.

Vimla Tyagi has up to 3.74 million shares, Prem Narayan Tyagi has up to 2.02 million shares, and Neena Tyagi has up to 787,000 shares in the OFS.

The net proceeds will be used to repay or prepay in full or in part certain borrowings taken out by the business and its subsidiaries, as well as to support capital expenditure costs, among other things.

The funds will be used to support inorganic growth activities such as acquisitions and other strategic projects, as well as for general business objectives.

Intensive Fiscal Services Pvt Ltd, IIFL Securities, and Ambi Pvt Ltd are the lead managers to the issue.
The company generated income from operations of Rs 228.67 crore for Financial Year 21, up from Rs 146.04 crore the previous year. The period's net profit was Rs 19.59 crore, compared to a loss of Rs 2.05 crore the previous year.

Yatharth Hospital And Trauma Care Services Ltd. has three fully operational super-specialty hospitals in Uttar Pradesh: Noida, Greater Noida, and Noida Extension. It also acquired a hospital in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh (MP), lately.

Its subsidiaries AKS and Ramraja run the Noida Extension facility and the Jhansi-Orchha Hospital, respectively. The 450-bed tertiary care hospital in Noida Extension has 11 modular and various surgery theatres, as well as 125 critical care beds. Jhansi-Orchha Hospital is a 305-bed super-specialty hospital in Jhansi, India.

The hospital in Noida has a capacity of 250 beds and is a super-specialty tertiary care facility. Four high-end modular and non-modular surgery theatres, an emergency resuscitation and observation unit, 81 critical care beds, a specialised endoscopic unit, and an advanced dialysis unit are among the facilities.

The Greater Noida facility is a major super-specialty tertiary care hospital with 400 beds, including 112 critical care beds, and nine modular and various operating theatres as of January 31, 2019.
