Yes Bank Customers Can Now Make Credit Card, Loan Payments From Other Bank Accounts
On Tuesday, via its twitter handle, Yes Bank informed that it has enabled inward IMPS and NEFT services which will allow its customers to use other bank accounts to make payments towards its credit cards and loans issued by the private bank.

"Inward IMPS/NEFT services have now been enabled. You can make payments towards YES BANK Credit Card dues and loan obligations from other bank accounts. Thank you for your co-operation," the bank's tweet said.

After Yes Bank was placed under moratorium by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the withdrawal limit on its bank accounts was set at Rs 50,000.

The moratorium is scheduled to end on 3 April, however, Prashant Kumar, told CNBC-TV18 that he is confident it will end sooner.

Kumar is a former deputy managing director at SBI appointed as the administrator for the reconstruction of Yes Bank.

He said that the board appointed by RBI is working to provide all banking services to customers of Yes Bank at the earliest. The withdrawal cap on Yes Bank's depositors is likely to be withdrawn as early as 15 March, he added.
