With record-breaking financial results and steady operational development throughout the franchise, Federal Bank produced a remarkable performance for the quarter and a half that ended on September 30, 2025. With a higher Net Interest Margin of 3.06%, Net Interest Income (NII) reached an all-time high of Rs 2,495 crore, up 5.41% YoY.

Improved operating leverage and effective cost management drove a 10.85% QoQ increase in net profit to Rs 955.26 crore, while operating profit climbed 5.03% YoY to Rs 1,644.17 crore. With total deposits rising 7.36% YoY to Rs 2,88,919.58 crore and net advances rising 6.23% YoY to Rs 2,44,657.06 crore, total business grew 6.84% YoY to Rs 5,33,576.64 crore. The CASA ratio improved to 31.01% due to a 10.71% YoY growth in CASA deposits. With Gross NPA rising to 1.83% and Net NPA falling to 0.48%, asset quality was steady thanks to a robust Provision Coverage Ratio of 73.45%.
