ZF Rane Automotive Launches Rs 100 Crore Inflator Facility in Tamil Nadu

ZF Rane Automotive India Ltd, a joint venture between the Rane Group and Germany's ZF, has launched a Rs 100 crore inflator manufacturing and sled test facility in Tamil Nadu. This new facility, located at the ZF Rane Trichy plant, is about 350 km south of Chennai. It aims to produce 3 million inflators annually for driver and passenger airbags.

He added that boosting local manufacturing capabilities positions them better to meet market demands.
