Phoenix Mills Sets Record Date For Bonus Share: As per the BSE filing of Phoenix Mills dated September 5, 2024, "we wish to inform you that the Company has fixed Saturday, September 21, 2024 as the 'Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of Shareholders entitled for issuance of Bonus Equity Shares of the Company in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid up Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/each for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up Equity Share having face value of Rs. 2/- each, subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, September 13, 2024."

Phoenix Mills Dividend: As per the regulatory filing dated August 5, 2024, "The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Friday, May 17, 2024 had recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 2/- each (250%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the AGM scheduled to be held on Friday, September 13, 2024." The Company has fixed Tuesday, August 20, 2024, as the Record Date for determining entitlement of Members to Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2024.
