Giving rationale to its stock split move, Worth Investment said, "To improve the liquidity of the Company's Shares in the Stock Market and to make it more affordable for the individual retail investors and also to widen shareholder base."
The company plans to complete its stock split within 3 Months from the date of shareholder's approval.
Further, the company approved the Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Saturday, 25th May, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. and fixed record date and book closure for Split of Shares.
