Kama Holdings To Consider Interim Dividend: As per the BSE filing of Kama Holdings issued as on August 16, 2024, "A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 22 nd August, 2024 for, interalia, considering a proposal for declaration of interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 on Equity Shares. The Interim Dividend, if declared, would be paid to members whose names appear on the Register of Members and the beneficial owners as per details received from National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India) Limited, as on the Record Date i.e. Friday, the 30 th August, 2024."

Kama Holdings Financials: The company for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 declared its total revenue from operations at Rs 3500.74 crore as against Rs 3362.62 crore declared in the corresponding quarter of last year. The total income of Kama Holdings for the June 2024 quarter came at Rs 3507.91 crore as compared to Rs 3363.96 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year. The company announced its profit for the quarter under review at Rs 251.20 crore as compared to Rs 361.68 crore declared in the similar quarter of last year.
