The company on Wednesday declared a marginal growth of 0.57% in profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 211.90 crore for the 1st quarter ended September 30, 2024 as against the PAT of Rs 210.69 crore in the corresponding quarter of last year. It follows the July-June financial year.
The company on September 25, 2024 recommended a final dividend of Rs 95 per equity share for the financial year June 30, 2024. The divided shall be paid between November 25, 2024 to December 20, 2024, on approval of the Members at the 60th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on November 25,2024, as per the BSE filing. The company declared that its revenue from operations declined marginally by 0.28% to Rs 1,135.16 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 as against Rs 1,138.35 crore reported in the similar quarter an year ago. "The volume growth in the industry continues to be muted. The company witnessed growth in the feminine care category and continued to make progress on improving the structural profitability of the business in the quarter," said PGHH.
