The company, in an exchange filing, said. "We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, has approved the payment of an interim dividend of INR 20 (INR Twenty) per equity share of INR 5 (Five) each for the financial year 2024-25."
