In a tweet, the PSB said, "Complete your Life Certificate submission before 30th November, 2019 to ensure that your pension payments would continue. The certificate can also be submitted in person at SBI Branch or digitally at an Aadhaar outlet near you," SBI said in a tweet.

So, if you do not adhere to the process, you are likely to not be provided with your pension amount from pension disbursing agencies including SBI.
Therefore if you are also a pensioner, here are given 4 easy ways to submit the life certificate:
1) Physical submission: You need to the pension distributing agency such as the SBI and fill up the form and submit it after getting it signed by a bank official.

2) Submit it digitally: Herein the process can be completed by visiting the nearest SBI branch near you and now you need to give in the following details such as Aadhaar number, mobile number, pension payment order (PPO) number and account number. And after you provide your unique biometrics such as IRIS detection or fingerprints, your aadhaar based verification will be carried out for generating Jeevan Praman and once you get the ID as an acknowledgement, you can submit the certificate through the online mode by visiting the Jeevan Praman portal.

3) Umang App: On the app, you need to choose the option for Jeevan Praman and click on for generating life certificate.

4) Aadhaar Seva Kendra or Citizen Service Centres: These can also be visited for submission of life certificate and here your Aadhaar-based biometric authentication will be carried out.
