EPFO Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 Camp On September 28: PF Members Can Get Grievances Resolved On The Spot

EPFO Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0: The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) will conduct its nationwide Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 outreach camps on September 28th giving EPF members, pensioners and employers an opportunity to interact directly with EPFO officials and get assistance with provident fund-related issues.

EPFO announced the upcoming camps through an official post on September 23. The initiative to bring EPFO services closer to subscribers by helping them understand various schemes and benefits, clarify service-related processes and seek on-the-spot grievance redressal.

EPFO Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0: What Is It?

Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 is EPFO's monthly district-level outreach programme. It was launched in January 2023 to make EPFO services more accessible to members, pensioners and employers.

Under the programme, EPFO officials conduct camps across districts where members can discuss their concerns directly with officials instead of relying entirely on online channels or visiting regional offices.

How To Find Your Nearest EPFO Camp?

EPFO has provided a camp locator to help members identify their nearest Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 camp. Since venues can differ by district, members should check the official EPFO information before travelling to a camp. The EPFO website and official communications can be used to verify the venue and other details.

What Documents Should You Carry?

PF members visiting the camp for a specific grievance should carry the documents relevant to their issue. These may include:

• Aadhaar card
• PAN card
• UAN details
• EPF member ID
• Bank account details
• Claim-related documents
• Copies of previous grievance correspondence

It is advisable to carry original documents as well as photocopies where applicable.

Nidhi Aapke Nikat Is A Monthly Initiative

The September 28 camp is part of EPFO's continuing outreach programme rather than a one-time event. Nidhi Aapke Nikat 2.0 camps are generally conducted every month across districts. Previous camps have also provided assistance to pensioners and members facing difficulties with digital services.

Thousands Of Grievances Have Been Resolved

EPFO's October-December 2025 newsletter highlighted the scale of the programme. The organisation reported 661 camps in October, 653 in November and 659 in December.
