GTV Engineering Ltd, a small-cap company known for manufacturing industrial products, has made headlines with its recent corporate actions, including a stock split, bonus share issue, and first-ever dividend. The company, listed on the BSE, has now finalised the record date for both the stock split and bonus shares as Monday, July 28th. This is the first time that the company has undergone three corporate actions back-to-back.
GTV Engineering Stock Split
In its June board meeting, GTV Engineering approved a stock split in a 1:5 ratio, meaning each existing equity share of ₹10 face value will be split into five equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
"Sub-division/split of each equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each, fully paid-up, into 5 (five) equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/-(Rupees Two only) each, fully paid-up." The company stated in an exchange filing.
The record date for the stock split has been announced for July 28.

GTV Engineering Bonus Issue
Alongside the stock split, GTV Engineering has declared a bonus share for its shareholders. The company announced a bonus issue in the ratio of 2:1, offering two bonus shares for every one share held by eligible shareholders.
"Issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of 2:1, i.e., 2 (two) new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each for every 1 (one) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs. 2/- (Rupees Two only) each." the exchange filing read.
The record date for the bonus issue is July 28, the same as the stock split record date.
GTV Engineering Share Price Performance
On July 18, GTV Engineering's share price closed at Rs. 1,250 on the BSE, up 3.43% from the previous session. The stock has jumped about 7.67% in the last five days and 17.82% in one month. Not on that GTV Engineering shares have risen more than 74% in the last six months and about 137% so far this year. GTV Engineering shares rallied 7209% in the last five years. As of July 20, the company's market cap stands at Rs. 389.50 crore.
GTV Engineering Dividend 2025
Earlier this year, GTV Engineering also declared its first-ever dividend of 0.50 per share with the record date in February 2025.
