Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Ltd Sets Floor Price For QIP: According to the BSE filing of the company, "we further wish to inform you that the Board has fixed the 'Relevant Date' for the purpose of the Issue, in terms of Regulation 171 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended ("SEBI ICDR Regulations"), as September 5, 2024 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the aforesaid Issue based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations is ₹ 1,577.85 per Equity Share approved by the Board. Pursuant to Regulation 176(1) of the SEBI ICDR Regulations, the Company may offer a discount of not more than 5% (five percent) on the floor price so calculated for the Issue."
Earlier on June 21, 2024 Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities held meeting and its Board gave nod to the proposal of raising funds of up to Rs 400 crore.
Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Sets Record Date For Dividend: The BSE filing of the company stated, "The Company has fixed Friday, September 20, 2024 as the "Record Date" for the purpose of determining the Members eligible to receive dividend for the financial year 2023-24."
Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities Dividend: It had declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.25 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each and declare Final Dividend of Rs. 2.00 per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2024.
