HAL Dividend 2026: State-run defence major Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has announced a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26, rewarding shareholders following another strong year of operations. Along with the dividend announcement, the Navratna defence PSU also fixed the record date for determining eligible shareholders and approved the appointment of a cost auditor for FY27.

HAL Dividend 2026 Details

In its regulatory filing, the Board of Directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share of face value Rs. 5 each for the financial year 2025-26. The proposed dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved, the dividend will be credited to eligible shareholders within 30 days of the AGM.

HAL Dividend Record Date 2026

The company has fixed Friday, August 14th as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for receiving the HAL final dividend for FY26. Investors whose names appear in the company's records as of the record date will be eligible to receive the dividend, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
