ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend 2026: Final Payout Declared With Q4FY26 Results; Revenue Up 19%

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has announced a final dividend of Rs. 12.40 per share for FY26, closing the year with a good set of earnings and rising assets under management.

The ICICI Prudential AMC dividend 2026 announcement was made after the board meeting held on Monday, April 13, and is subject to approval at the upcoming AGM.

ICICI Prudential AMC Dividend Details

The company has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 12.40 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Once approved at the AGM, the ICICI Prudential AMC dividend payout will be credited to eligible shareholders.
This adds to an already impressive dividend track record for FY26. Earlier, the company had announced multiple interim dividends of Rs. 14.85, Rs. 14.11, Rs. 12.68, and Rs. 11.79 per share.

ICICI Prudential AMC FY26 Performance: Record Profit & Income Growth

Along with the Corporate action, the company had announced the Q4FY26 Results, where the company recorded Record Profit & Income Growth. Here are the highlights of the recent earnings. The ICICI Prudential AMC Net profit rose 10.37% YoY to Rs. 763.42 crore compared to Rs. 691.71 crore in Q4 FY25. On a sequential basis, profit declined 16.76% from Rs. 917.09 crore in Q3 FY26.

The company's Revenue surged 19.53% YoY to Rs. 1,517.01 crore. While the EBITDA jumped 29.7% to Rs. 1,160 crore. The Operating margin of the firm expanded to 76.47%.

For the full year FY26, ICICI Prudential AMC's total income stood around Rs. 6,000 crore vs Rs. 4,980 crore in FY25.

AUM Crosses Rs. 11 Lakh Crore

A major highlight of the results was the surge in assets under management, with ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company crossing the Rs. 11 lakh crore milestone.

The company's QAAUM rose to Rs. 11,047.87 billion, with a strong 25.6% year-on-year growth, while its overall market share stood at 13.5%.

Actively managed funds contributed Rs. 9,206.15 billion, and equity-oriented AUM came in at Rs. 6,204.01 billion,
Monthly SIP inflows jumped 30.7% year-on-year to Rs. 51.04 billion due to the rising popularity of SIP investments across India.
