Reliance Life Care for You Advantage Plan

Reliance "Care for you Advantage Plan" is a non-linked, non-participating, regular premium hospitalization benefit plan offering specific heath related benefit. The plan is offered to individual or a family consisting of primary insured and/or spouse and/or children and/or parents of self and/or spouse.

Cashless claim

Cashless hospitalization is a facility provided by the insurers wherein the insured can get admitted and undergo the required treatment without paying directly for the admissible medical expenditure. The medical expense, thus incurred, shall be settled by the company directly with the hospital. The Cashless hospitalization facility is available only at the network hospital with whom RLIC's appointed TPA has a tie-up.

Family Floater Plan

When all the members of the same family are covered under a single plan and the sum insured is utilized by any one member or all the members collectively during the policy year the plan is called Family floater. In a Family Floater, all insured members are covered under a single umbrella of protection.

The benefits covered under "Reliance Life Care For You Advantage Plan" are:

• Lump sum payment for Pre & Post hospitalization without documentation.

• Guaranteed renewal
• No claim bonus : increase in SA @ 5% for every claim free year subject to a maximum limit of 30% and only 5% of sum insured will be reduced with an event of claim in each policy year against the accrued No Claim Bonus
• Fixed premium for the term (3 years)
• Renewal discount @ 15% of the renewal premium at the time of term renewal.
