Last Mile Enterprises Ltd, a small cap NBFC, has fixed Sept 23, 2023, as the record date for payment of final dividend.

The final dividend of 2.5% per equity share as recommended by the board of directors, if declared, will be paid to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members on Sept 23, 2023.

"the company has fixed 23rd September, 2023 as the record date for the purpose of entitlement of dividend and e- voting, for ascertaining the names of the shareholders holdingshares either in physical or in dematerialized form, who will be eligible for entitlement of dividend subject to approval of the same by the shareholders in the ensuing General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Saturday, 30th September, 2023," the company's Board of Directors has said.

In a separate filing, the Board of Directors announced the Book Closer date. "Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 23rd September, 2023 to30% September, 2023 (both days inclusive)for the purpose of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Saturday, 30t September, 2023through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for the Financial year 2022-23," the Board said.
