The Board of Directors of the company in a meeting held on July 25, 2023, informed that the Board is set to fix a record date for stock split on Friday, July 28, 2023.

The Board of Directors of the Company in a meeting held on June 12, 2023, considered & approved the stock split of shares of the company from the existing face value of Rs. 10/share to 10 shares of face value of Rs 1/share.

"To fix the record date for the sub division of equity shares as per regulation 42 of SEBl (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015," the Board said in an exchange filing.

"The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12th June, 2023 has considered and approved Split/Sub Division of Equity Shares of the Company from existing Face Value of Rs. 10/(Rupees Ten Only) per Equity Share to 10 (Ten) Equity Shares of Face Value of Re. 1/-(Rupee One Only) per Equity Share, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, the share price of Mena Mani Industries closed 4.98% down at Rs 35.67 apiece on BSE. It is a microcap penny stock with a market cap of Rs 35.79 Crore.
