
1. Gruh Finance Ltd. : The annual income plan by the company could be opted by investors with an investment amount of as less as Rs. 2000/- for a tenure between 12-84 months. For different investment horizons, the company offers different annual return of 9.25-10%. For the investment made, company provides advance interest warrants in respect of interest earned at the last day of each financial year. Being a subsidiary unit of HDFC, the company enjoys recognition by National Housing Bank.
2. DHFL's Swayamsidha Deposit: This fixed deposit scheme of DHFL is exclusively for women investors. With a minimum investment amount of Rs. 10,000/-, the investment tenure of 500 days, the scheme offers an interest rate of 10% coupled with a complimentary accidental insurance cover of Rs. 1 lac. The women-centric FD results in an yield as high as 11.01%. Further, priviliged women and senior women can avail of an additional interest rate of 0.5%. The safety in the investment basket by DHFL is backed by CRISIL's AA+ (FD) rating and BWR FAAA Brickwork rating.
3 Gati Limited FD scheme: FD scheme by GATI, a pioneer company providing supply chain and distribution solutions offers 10%, 10.5% and 11.0% in non-cumulative quarterly schemes. Investors can invest into the FD scheme with a minimum capital amount of Rs. 21,000/-.
4. Ansal API: Oldest real estate developer's FD offering is available in schemes. And depending upon the amount of the investment and interest needs, investors can lock in the funds in either of the 3 schemes, including, Scheme A, Scheme B and Scheme C.
With a minimum amount of Rs. 1 lac, Scheme A offers an interest rate of 12.00%, 12.25% and 12.50% for 1 year, 2 year and 3 year maturity terms respectively. Interest for the investment would be credited on a quarterly basis. With an investment of Rs 50,000/-, an investor can invest in the Scheme B that offers accumulated interest at maturity. Interest rate offered is the same as that provided by Scheme A for different tenures.
5. JaiPrakash Associates company deposit: For a non-cumulative scheme, with a minimum amount of Rs. 20K, the company offers an annual interest of 11.5%, 11.75% and 12% respectively for 1 year, 2 year and 3 year tenures respectively. For a cumulative scheme, the FD offers an yield of as high as 14.36% for three years investment horizon.
