Update nominations online

Individuals can change nominations any number of times online if you have activated Universal Account Number (UAN).
Once you submit online, it will be sent to the employer for his approval or rejection.

Download Passbook

It's important that you have your UAN number and other PF details, before you download your passbook.
You need to login to the Member Portal by your UAN and password.

Then go to the menu ‘Download' and select ‘Download Passbook'. There is a link given to download PDF of this passbook also.

Link multiple EPF accounts

EPFO has been advising members to link all their PF account numbers with the UAN and to also seed KYC data against their UAN number.

Enter and update KYC Details

After login, go to the 'Profile' menu and select 'Update KYC Information'. Provide the correct name as the name appears on the document and provide the document number and upload all your scanned documents which will be verified by your employer.

Status of online transfer claim

A registered member with EPFO's UAN Member Portal "online transfer of EPF claims" and "online checking of the status of the transferred claims" will be made available. 

Edit personal details

Go to Profile Menu in Member Portal and select an option ‘Edit Mobile No.' or ‘Edit Email ID' for changing mobile number and email id respectively.

Download UAN Card

Once you login, click on menu download UAN card your page will be displayed. Click on the "Download Card" to download the Card in the PDF format.
