What is my UAN?

The UAN (Universal Account Number) is a 12-digit unique number allotted to each employee by its employer.
Individuals can check their UAN by entering the mobile number, father name, DOB.

Forgot password and mobile number is changed

Individuals can use this option if you have forgotten the password and when your mobile number is changed.
If you have registered mobile number, one can change the password by using forgot password button.
One can update the mobile number under Profile menu after login UAN.

Incorrect details

EPF members can submit a request for correct details such as name, father 's name, date of birth and date of joining in the UAN portal.

SMS issues

If you are not receiving any updated and balance messages, can be requested under this option. Also, if SMS is not received while activating UAN can also be resolved through this facility.

Passbook problems

Any issues related to passbook and download can be requested with this option. Enter your mobile number and UAN to make a request.

Details not matching

If you are not able to activate your UAN due to mis match of details in UAN, it can be requested at this option.

Form 11 pending

In case if your Form 11 is pending with your employer or UAN linking pending with your employer, the same can be requested here. Individuals who have just entered their mobile number and UAN, can also use the same.

KYC pending

If your KYC is not approved by your employer and if it is pending since long, you can request for the same with this option.
