250% Special, 250% Final Dividend: Small Cap Stock Fixed Record Date On Aug 18, Up 23.58% In 1 Month

D-Link India Ltd., a small-cap IT Hardware company, in a Board meeting on previosu month, July 29, sets the record date on Friday, Aug 18, 2023, for 250% Special & 250% Final Dividend, totalling 500% divided for the financial year 2022-23. The shareholders will receive a dividend of Rs 5/share and a special dividend of Rs 5/share, totalling Rs 10/share having a face value of Rs 2 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23. The market cap of the company is Rs 1,123.02 Crore.

Record Date For 250% Special & 250% Final Dividen

"The Company has fixed Record Date on Friday, August 18, 2023, for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members of the Company to receive dividend of Rs. 5/- and a special dividend of Rs. 5/-, totalling to Rs. 10/- per equity share (i.e, 500%) having face value of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up for the financial year 2022-23. The said Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid within statutory time period, subject to deduction of tax at source as applicable," the Board said in an exchange filing.
